South Florida Gated Community Homes For Sale Why Can't Low Income Communities Have Gated Entrances To Keep Rich People Out?

Why can't low income communities have gated entrances to keep rich people out? - south florida gated community homes for sale

Some of the rich and upper middle class who are in cities with high crime communities are often closed the entry of persons, in order to feel safe from crime and theft.

Country Club in South Florida for this is unknown. Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade County closed their communities, including the houses of the city.

I believe that poor communities should make a statement and exactly the same, but with a different purpose. This will prevent the rich exploit the communities of the hip, the purchase of lots for the price increases, then the gentrification of the area.

It should have an exclusive right of the rich, the doors! Although I never think of moving to a gated community, there's nothing like an open society, where everyoneare welcome inside and out.

"It should have an exclusive right of the rich, the doors!" Lets be real. There is no right to an exclusive residential community. When poor communities want the doors, they must pool their money and buy it. Payment of "gated communities" in the door and service in the purchase price of your home, special and general contributions. If you want to do with all means. No one's stopping, and certainly not an "exclusive right" to a particular sector of the population.

First, the rich live in gated communities to keep people who are not willing to make a living breaking into homes and cars. Secondly, will not stop in a closed system, someone from buying real estate in this community. Third, if the poor want communiites closed, then they have to pay for a device like the rich. Or do you have to have the feeling to be given to them?

Nobody said he can not, in the United States is wonderful that respects the government and allows for individual rights.

I do not want to live in a country (Cuba), not the rights of individual property ---- that has nothing to do with an open society. I suggest you read a little further into the economic ideas, social and philosophical.

The poor have the right to the doors of your property (if property issued) to.

If someone came and said: "We are enough walls around communities with low incomes, to build support for the poor content, are you angry?" If you are new messages on the barricades the police department building, at a low income, high-crime apartment complex Access outraged? I wonder how close the doors of your house and car?

Let me answer your question with a question: Who is paying for the doors to poor communities? Not that the money be better spent on more essential things?

Is not it just keep saying that the crime required in schools in poor neighborhoods visits seen in affluent communities to see how the other half lives and how the security systems to urinate poor.

I also believe that the houses that Obama and McCain, the (only 5, so it should be easy). Then decide who is best.

I have a door in my house .... I bought, paid and you pay for the security ..... but the situation you mention but still the crimes that occur in the poorest neighborhoods, closed. It will not stop the rich from buying property .... If the property is located in the housing market, one has the right to buy. Would not you prefer someone who has the money for the care and preservation of property values and increase property values as my Lord, a slum not intend to buy has not increased its value? I think that is your question itself against itself

I agree. That poor communities to crime, drugs, to maintain ignorance, and the bands themselves who want a kind of community investment for improvements?

Is this real? I live in a gated community and everyone is welcome. Only with security check and you can enter is simple.

Perhaps, if the high crime neighborhood had gates to keep the people in the upper class neighborhoods do not need fences to keep to the crime situation.

Your question really has no meaning. I think what you describe, mainly as a prison! Being poor is a kind of thinking is not the lack of money that a recent study showed that 3 / 4 of lottery winners end up bankrupt.
